Area 13a covers from Lands End in the far South West to Bude and Torpoint in the North and West of the County.
We also have members from as far a-field as Devon, Somerset, London and even Sussex…so welcome 'one and all'.
In 1949 the British Show Ponies Society was set up to promote the showing of The Childrens Riding Pony, Show Hunter Pony,
Working Hunter Pony and Heritage Mountain & Moorland Ponies.

Although our area is small compared to some, we feel we are totally competitive with other Area's across the country with
our members competing successfully at local, regional and national shows including the Royal International Horse Show and Horse of the Year Show including winning several national titles in recent years
We are pleased to offer help and guidance to existing and new members together with those thinking of joining and wishing
to find out more about the BSPS.
